The Carriage House

The spacious Carriage House overlooks Bass Harbor, Swans Island and Blue Hill Bay. With a wharf-style deck, this cottage has a living area with gas log fireplace and television, a full modern kitchen, first floor full bath and two bedrooms, one with two doubles and the other with one. The second floor master queen bedroom has a balcony, sauna, skylights, flat-screen television, shower bath and fireplace. The Carriage House can accommodate six guests, including the ‘little ones’ – perfect for a romantic getaway or small family gathering. Kayak storage and tidal launching are available. Outside smoking with an ashtray is permitted. Bring your laptop for wifi access. From $175 daily/$950 weekly for two (quiet season) and $350/$2800 for six (high season).
