The Boat House Cottage overlooks a tide pool, across Bass Harbor to the shore of Bernard Village. This cottage is available for two to four guests, including the ‘little ones’, in separate living areas or as an entire cottage for six. The second floor Queen Suite features a deck with dining, full bath, one bedroom, full kitchen, and living area with television. The Heron Room, an additional second floor bedroom with two double beds, television and shower bath, may be reserved with the queen suite or the Loft to accommodate three or four guests. The third floor Loft has a spacious private sunset balcony, living area with Vermont Castings gas log fireplace, television, full kitchen, skylights, two double beds and full bath. Outside smoking with an ashtray is permitted at the Loft or at ground level for the second floor guests. Kayaks may be stored and launched tidally from designated areas on the rocky shore. Bring your laptop for wifi access. From $100 daily and $600 weekly for two (January through March); from $150 daily and $950 weekly for four (July and August).
